Total Compensation : $56,700 - $92,400

The Field Sales Leadership Designate position offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills, experiences, and business acumen needed for future leadership opportunities at PepsiCo. Through hands-on field experience, customer engagement, and commercial learning, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of the business and build a strong foundation for career growth.

• Build a strong understanding of PepsiCo's sales operations through in-market and customer-facing experiences
• Learn how products move from production to customer shelves through route operations, merchandising, and retail execution
• Develop fundamental selling skills through customer interactions, business reviews, and account management activities
• Support the execution of promotional programs, displays, merchandising standards, and inventory management initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Teams, and other functions to understand how the business operates
• Learn PepsiCo's go-to-market strategies, including Direct Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third-Party Distribution models
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities that improve sales, service, and market execution
• Develop leadership capabilities through project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and influence without authority
• Build relationships with customers, frontline teams, and internal partners to support business objectives
• Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance and recommend actions that drive results

• Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma
• 1-3 years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential through either work, extracurricular activities, community involvement, athletics, or other experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and career growth
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Competitive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
