Payroll and Benefits Specialist - Human Resources

Assist Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor with various tasks and projects

Provide back-up to various team members to cover for vacations and leaves

Coordinate with US payroll service to ensure processing of monthly payroll for USA (50+ employees)

5+ years of experience processing payroll for Ontario employees

• Experience with US based payroll is an asset
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification with the National Payroll Association
• University or College education (preferably in a related field, Business or Human Resources)
• Employee Assistance plan, including an on-site Employee Support Counsellor
