Job Summary And Requirements This posting is for one (1) full-time, permanent position, working 75 hours biweekly. Temporary Assignments may be considered, with supervisory approval.
The Information Services Branch consists of three units including Information Technology, Access & Information Management and Project Management Services. The Branch offers a comprehensive range of services designed to assist Health and Social Services including IT operational support, personal health information access requests, information management, privacy and IT project management.
As a part the Information Services Branch, the Systems Architect designs and oversees secure, scalable healthcare systems supporting public health programs and government healthcare services.

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or relevant program of study.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining architecture for healthcare information systems and digital platforms.
Experience leading technical architecture decisions, setting architecture standards, and guiding system integration
Experience supervising staff, including providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
Candidates who have education/coursework and/or training along with considerable experience in the essential qualification listed above may be equally considered.
You must meet the following conditions before being hired, or within the time frame noted.
~ Ability to travel periodically both within, and outside of, the Territory.
Ability to work on site within an office environment.
