Bumper to Bumper /Checkered Flag Recreation
Bumper to Bumper and Checkered Flag Recreation are looking for a reliable and customer focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who interests in automotive and powersports, parts and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with in person, over the phone, or email/computer inquiries
- Identify and source parts for retail customers and shop mechanics
- Understand receiving and shipping freight
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock organization
- Processing invoices, handling returns, warranty policies
- Maintaining a well organized, clean and safe work space
- Knowing our product we sell
- Preforming various duties the manger needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts preferred but willing to train the right person
- A background in mechanical knowledge, understanding vehicle and power sports systems/parts
- Understanding customer problems and finding a resolution
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and online parts programs
- Comfortable at using point of sale system and register
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
