Product Manager - Safety

The Product Manager leads the vision, strategy, and market success of innovative industry-leading new products, driving its expansion across global markets and into applications ranging from infrastructure to community safety. Own the collection and confirmation of features that engineering will design into new and existing products.
Serve as the product expert in support of sales initiatives, driving customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback and drive product improvement.
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Background in Product Design Processes, Manufacturing, Training and Project Management preferred.
Demonstrated success in business development or project management, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
Confident communicator skilled in relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation.
Proficient in internet research, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in working with CRM platforms.
Able to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally as needed.
Provide expert support that boosts sales and customer trust
