As Product Manager - Consumer & Prosumer , you will play a key role in creating products that make a real impact on customers’ everyday lives. You will lead the development, evolution, and performance of physical and digital products, placing customer experience and business value at the heart of every decision.
At the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate the Product leadership’s strategic vision into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives. In collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Directors, define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with: strategic directions, business objectives and capacity constraints;
Translate product vision into concrete initiatives, including: features, devices, enhancements, and maintenance / issue management.
Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle (development, launch, continuous improvement, and physical product end‑of‑life management);
Ensure consistency between the target experience, product quality, and value delivered to customers;
Monitor product performance, including adoption, usage, and quality.
Work closely with Delivery teams, Product Owners, CX Designers, and Architects to ensure effective prioritization, requirements definition, and technology alignment;
Participate in digital and physical delivery governance forums;
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
Contribute to product documentation for various teams, with a strong focus on Customer Service team needs.

Performance & Continuous Improvement
~ Track product performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.

Experience delivering digital and/or physical products across the full product lifecycle

• Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives
