Product Manager - Generics Portfolio
Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

The Product Manager - Generics Portfolio is a professional who leads the strategy of its portfolio, ensures the implementation of tactics and maximizes the full potential of its portfolio. The Product Manager will be responsible for the full product lifecycle management of a portfolio of generic drug products. This includes strategic planning, market analysis, new product development, launch execution, and ongoing performance management. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and data-driven professional with a strong understanding of the generic pharmaceutical market, regulatory landscape, and commercial strategies. The Product Manager is the central point of contact leading and influencing cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance. Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, along with demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape is preferred, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Portfolio Management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.) Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of IQVIA data and its different datasets.
• Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software and systems.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
