BetterSleep is looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience and passion for building successful consumer (B2C) products. This individual will lead growth loops, socials and communities product projects, its roadmap and end-to-end implementation, working to deliver a top performing product by using data, creativity, intuition and innovative thinking. Lead and define roadmaps and projects to move the needle on important KPIs that ultimately lead to revenue generation;

Analyze and quantify the impact and success of each and every product change we've made, and then draw conclusions and plan next steps based on actual data;

Participate in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization - both within and beyond the context of product;

Leverage BetterSleep community of millions of active users in the product experience to generate installs and conversion;

Determine KPIs alongside the Product team and assess performance based on data;

Develop strong cross-functional partnerships, processes and works-flows across the organization (Marketing, Product, Data) to align the overall content strategy;

Effectively collaborate with all internal stakeholders for our client acquisition efforts including but not limited to User acquisition, Creative, Customer Success, Legal;

Work effectively with the data and software engineering teams to maximize impact;

Collaborate with the development and design teams before, during, and after each "sprint" to maximize resources' efficiency, utilization, and happiness;

You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Bachelor or Master degree combined with 6-8 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company with a track record of success in owning the whole product lifecycle from ideation, vision, requirements, roadmap, specifications to release, analysis, and iteration;

Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions;

Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.

Technical: Strong understanding of how applications are built, ability to participate in technical decisions, ability to read basic code and write SQL queries;

Experience in quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality;

Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics;
