Responsable Client Service Manager H/F

COAST Performance Rehabilitation is a premier active rehabilitation organization with locations in North Vancouver, Kitsilano, and Squamish. At COAST, we are committed to providing a supportive work culture that fosters teamwork and creates strong communities at all our locations. COAST Performance Rehabilitation has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Client Services Team and oversee our two North Vancouver locations. Client Services Managers are part of the front line team engaging with clients, performing all administrative aspects of client care and maintaining the clinic's presentation.

What you will be doing

Engaging with clients and creating a welcoming, supportive and efficient experience.

Leading and mentoring the Client Services team to deliver superior client care.

Participating in a fast-paced team environment by collaborating effectively with others to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Cultivate a supportive team environment through encouragement, recognition and proactive communication.

Manage the Client Service team schedules, daily sales reconciliation and other administrative functions.

This role has scheduled administrative time as well as time supporting clients at the front desk.

What you will bring to COAST

Minimum 2 years of team management experience.

Experience in a health clinic with the JaneApp booking system is ideal.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.

Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and daily sales reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.

A flexible schedule that is able to accommodate changes in the availability of the team and the needs of the clinics.

Experience with the Jane App booking system is an asset.
