As our General Branch Manager , you aren't just managing an office; You’ll set the goals, allocate the bonuses, and create an environment where people want to show up and win every day.
From identifying high-value prospects to closing major bids, you will develop the strategic roadmap to acquire new customers and maximize our current partnerships. You’ll work with our National Accounts team to ensure we are winning on a local and global scale.
Manage the P&L
You’ll have full fiscal responsibility for your branch, managing budgets, establishing financial goals, and ensuring the long-term profitability and health of your office.
You’ll step in to solve complex problems, manage claims with a steady hand, and ensure our reputation for "Exceptional Customer Service" remains the gold standard in the industry.
You’re a high-stakes problem solver who thrives under pressure and loves seeing your team succeed as much as you love winning a new account.
The Experience: You have at least 3 years of management experience specifically within the Freight Brokerage/3PL world. The Strategist: You don’t just react to the market; You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a master of time management.
