Human Resources Assistant (Full Time, Contract)

We are looking for a well organized, detailed oriented, proactive individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Administrator on a temporary full time basis. This is a great learning opportunity for individuals looking to gain some experience in Human Resources. This is a 18-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role will primarily support the HR Operations Management team. This team provides strategic HR leadership to all of ERCO's sites, in Canada, US, and Chile. Reception Duties:

Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them

Managing inventory levels of office supplies and ordering as required

Organizing, distributing, and collecting mail and courier shipments (outbound and inbound) as well as acting as a backup for spare parts shipping

Escalating and/or managing with building services/maintenance any issues related to the office (often as directed by the VPHR)

Ordering/arranging meetings/food/beverages in conjunction with other support staff

HR Duties:

Support the HR team with drafting HR Communications

Assist in the employee life cycle (recruitment & onboarding)

Other projects as assigned

Bachelors/Diploma in Business or related filed is an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
