Commercial Sales Associate - Inside Sales

Territory Sales Representative Location: Victaulic, founded in 1919, revolutionized pipe assembly with the invention of the "Victory Joint." Today, it's a global leader in grooved mechanical pipe joining and flow control solutions. With over 4,000 patents and operations in 140+ countries, Victaulic serves various industries, including commercial construction, fire protection, industrial construction, maritime, mining, oil, gas, chemical, power generation, and water/wastewater. Notable projects include the Hoover Dam, World Trade Center Complex, Eiffel Tower, Shanghai Tower, CN Tower, and Vancouver Convention Centre. With 5,500+ employees and 700+ sales reps., Victaulic continues to innovate and exceed customer expectations worldwide. The Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across commercial and residential markets within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley . This role focuses on promoting engineered products and solutions by engaging with engineering firms, contractors, and distributors. You'll develop relationships, drive sales, and support our local distribution network.
Sales & Promotion: Sell products and services to prospects, specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
Market Strategy: Conduct market research and report findings to support sales strategy.
Project Development: Identify and pursue construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential.
Promotional Activities: Execute promotion plans including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits.
Team Collaboration: Work with inside sales, engineering, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends.
2-5 years of outside sales experience , preferably in construction, HVAC, industrial, or building products.
Market/industry experience preferred with a reliable and dependable work ethic.
Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, owners, and distributors.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities with mechanical aptitude.
Travel (15%) within territory.

Salary: $90k+ (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
