Electric Power Sales Representative BC & Yukon Territory Earning Potential: $125000$135000 (Base Salary Uncapped Commission) Are you a driven sales professional with a strong technical background in power generation electrical systems or heavy equipment We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base throughout British Columbia and the YukonJob Description:
What Youll Do
Promote and sell diesel and gas generator sets power generation equipment and related accessories
Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
D evelop and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors engineers consultants and end users
Manage and grow an assigned territory across BC and Yukon
Prepare quotations estimates pricing proposals and sales forecasts
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company systems
Ensure all sales documentation and customer agreements are completed accurately
Drive profitable equipment parts and service sales opportunities
I dentify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
What You Bring
Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the electrical industrial power generation or heavy equipment industry
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of engines power generation systems and electrical distribution equipment
Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales
Experience with bid/specification sales is considered an asset
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Solid business acumen including understanding of financing credit and sales processes
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent organization time management and territory planning abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
