Team Assistant - Full-Time

Pearl Abyss America, Inc . - the team behind Black Desert and the upcoming titles DokeV and Crimson Desert - is seeking a high-performing, creative, results-oriented, and quality-obsessed Operations Assistant who genuinely cares about people and culture and who wants to help build a great team to support millions of the game players we serve across all platforms (PC, Mobile, Console, etc.) in North America. The video games industry is transforming how players are entertained, communicating with each other, and interacting online and on their digital devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

$20 - $22 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides admin support to various management and operational functions
Assist HR/Finance team in any ongoing projects as needed including company events and off-site events
Manage or participate in calls or correspondence with Pearl Abyss HQ in Korea and handle translations from English to Korea and vice versa.
Update and maintain company asset database with data entry and reports
Communicate and coordinate any and all facility needs including weekly supply orders and receipts
Assist and back up admin assistant with scheduling, ordering supplies and other admin duties as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent Excel experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies and solve problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required
