Job Title: Roadshow Sales Representative
We are seeking 6 enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team for an upcoming Costco Roadshow event. This role is all about engaging Costco members, driving trial, and generating sales of a premium dinner product. As the face of our brand, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food to every interaction.
Training Date: Jan 12th from 1PM-3PM (virtual) - MANDATORY
Hours: 6 hours per shift - Alternating daily schedules ; one person per shift, two shifts per day
Monday–Friday:
Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:45 PM – 8:45 PM
Saturday–Sunday:
Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM
Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Actively engage with Costco members to introduce and promote our dessert product with a daily sales KPI target.
- Drive sales by explaining value, benefits, and usage occasions.
- Track daily sales and report results to the team lead/manager.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required.
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as a team towards a sales target in a fast-paced retail environment.
