As a Car Sales Executive at BELL AUTO INC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Located in a bustling area, this position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse inventory of quality used vehicles while contributing to our mission of providing top-notch service.
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain relationships.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences post-sale.
Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Proven experience in sales management or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
