Compensation
A competitive compensation package is on offer, inclusive of:
- $75,000 to $100,000 base salary (commensurate upon experience)
- Commission structure

The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to represent a brand known for its quality in the industry.
Position Description
As their new Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth in the print manufacturing sector.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and lead development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored print solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative print solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
Experience
3-5 years of print sales, negotiation, and presentation experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Label or Packaging industries
- Strong understanding of print manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude
