Sales Administrator
Our Sales Administrator is the engine behind our sales
While our Sales Consultants are out creating customers for life,
22.00 per hour.
Support the General Manager and Sales Managers
by keeping dealership processes running smoothly
· Process dealer trades, wholesale bills of sale,
vehicle inventory
· Manage inventory information in One-Eighty and
other dealership systems
· Track daily showroom traffic and phone traffic
Maintain gas books, inventory lists, phone
directories, and office supplies
· Help keep our dealership organized, efficient,
in administration, sales coordination, or dealership operations is an
asset
with dealership software such as One-Eighty or CDK is an advantage
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
