Service Customer Care Representative

What it's like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Service Representative Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters. Reporting into the Manager, Underwriting Services performing administrative tasks that allow the Underwriting team to best serve our customers. Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, Specialty Risk, they also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right. They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand. Performing data entry and data calculations

Customer Service

Post-Secondary Education and/or Insurance experience

Intermediate level Excel skills, and the ability to learn new programs

Hybrid work: flexible hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week, with added flexibility for when you really need it
