Building Management Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Duncan, BC, for a Building Manager. The Building Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance, managing facility operations, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Regular communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations and maintenance

Coordinate repairs, vendors, and service providers

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance

Manage budgets, track expenses, and support cost control

Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards

Qualifications

Experience in Building or Facility Management

Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Basic budgeting and financial tracking experience

Familiarity with health & safety regulations

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience with property management software is an asset

High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus
