The business is known for its technical expertise, organized project delivery, and client‑first approach. With a large volume of active residential projects, the organization offers a collaborative, high‑accountability environment where individuals can make a meaningful impact on ongoing operations.
The discussed client is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team that will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, with a heavy focus on invoicing, accounts payable, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable managing high volumes of transactions, and confident communicating with clients, contractors, QuickBooks experience and internal stakeholders. 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a construction/ engineering environment
- Solid understanding of construction accounting processes
- Competitive salary range of $60,000–$75,000+ bonus depending on experience
