As an SMB Sales Representative for Lenovo, you will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through outbound phone calls and engaging correspondence. The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. The ideal SMB Sales Representative will be professional, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone and writing skills. The SMB Sales Representative will work with acquisition, development, and retention accounts in the small to medium business space. The SMB Sales Representative will have sole ownership of their book of accounts; The right candidate will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. They will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, initiative-taking follow-up, product information and overall account support via effective communication skills. As the SMB Sales Representative, you will sell Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning products and help to develop strategies that help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions for their business needs. Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.
Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving revenue objectives.
Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs.
Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals. 5-10% Travel Expected
2+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience with Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of professional experience with GED/ Highschool Diploma
Sales experience in a technology field or IT Industry preferred.
Acquisition selling skills and relationship building mindset.
This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Markham office. Three days on-site and two days work-from-home.
