Relationship Manager, Real Estate Finance

Due to current growth and new upcoming real estate development project phases, we are looking to secure an experienced Financial Relationship Manager to join our head office team.
Work closely with the President and CEO in the preparation of loan documentation packages to be submitted to third party lending institutions for approval on project financing
- Advise internal leadership on the best course of action and approach to maximize the potential for desired loans and project financing to be awarded
- Work collaboratively with the internal finance and accounting, real estate development, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely collection and provision of required information and materials to third party lenders
- 5-10 years of experience working in a commercial brokerage or lending institution in a dedicated broker position, with direct experience soliciting loans and communicating directly with financial institutions, family offices, and direct lenders
- Direct experience in residential construction underwriting and draw financing
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
