Event Planner - Event Manager - Remote H/F

And we’re looking for our next Event Manager. At Host, we don’t just plan events. From corporate conferences to large-scale celebrations, we operate at the intersection of event production and hospitality, delivering seamless, high-touch experiences across some of the city’s most iconic venues.

We’re looking for an Event Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-obsessed, and knows how to bring a vision to life, flawlessly.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal.

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of events. From initial planning to final breakdown. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver events that feel effortless but are anything but behind the scenes.
