Responsibilities:- Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Skills:- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations- Knowledge of stock management principles and ability to analyze market trends- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer service and phone etiquette- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• French (required)
