Technicien service et contrôle

Our client is a leading Canadian company specializing in sanitation, cleaning, and hygiene solutions for the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. The Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.
As a member of the Service Technician Manager's team, the Service Technician brings expertise by:
Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace or repair electromechanical devices and systems.
Dismantle, inspect and replace electromechanical equipment and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts.
Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain sanitizing equipment and plant facility's equipment supplied by our client.
Perform routine preventative maintenance per established PM program
Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;
Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage plants;
Travelling to the location of our customers (covering Calgary, Lethbridge, and Red Deer area);
Helping other departments through internal work;
Managing service calls and examining the customer's requirements.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Experience in maintenance and/or maintaining food service equipment preferred
Experience in mobile onsite service preferred
Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented
