Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maven in creative writing, online marketing and social media platforms
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person, phone calls, emails
- Welcome customers to the store, educate and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
- High school; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
- Appreciated previous experience: Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Hamilton, Harry Winston, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, Longines, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rolex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Tiffany, Zenith
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Upbeat: A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
