We have an exciting opportunity for a PT Showroom Associate to join our team at Rogers Sports and Media!

What you will bring...

• Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events, and video server
• Print and check scripts for upcoming shows
• Inspect, prep, and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards for on-air display.
• Assemble new products
• Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions
• Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims, RTS, liquidations, and employee sales
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with working partners

What you will bring...

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, ScriptSure, and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks
• Able to process and receive new products as on-air show samples following SOPs
• Ensure on-air merchandise are pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set
• Ensure all products are in worthy condition for on-air and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items
• Ensure Return to vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets
• Prepare, and assemble products where needed, and ensure they are on-air-worthy
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ensure the Showroom is secured or armed at the end of the midnight shift
• Compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ensure our working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic and National Distribution Centre) expectations are always met
• Able to work rotation shifts including weekends
• Provide front desk services for our internal customers and guests
