Seasonal Maintenance Operator

The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring buildings and facilities are kept in good working order through regular upkeep and a proactive preventative maintenance program. This hands-on role includes maintaining cleanliness of common areas, performing minor repairs, supporting seasonal outdoor tasks, handling deliveries, and assisting with general labour as needed. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including dusting/sanitation, garbage/recycling removal, and general floor upkeep
Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, yard clean-up, etc.)
Minor building maintenance (filling holes in walls, painting, hanging pictures etc.)
Minor Electrical maintenance (changing lights, etc)
Minor Plumbing maintenance (repairing toilets, taps etc.)
Support loading/unloading deliveries and organizing supplies
Move materials, furniture, and equipment as required
Follow safety precautions, procedures and policies
24.00 - $29.00 per hour
