Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.
Analyze project drawings, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and validate cost estimates.
Maintain up-to-date records of project estimates, changes, and revisions.
Prepare and present reports on project budgets, risks, and financial performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure accurate estimates.
Support the tendering process by providing cost data and participating in bid evaluations.

A successful Estimator should have:
A strong background in construction and a solid understanding of the industry.
Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
