We’re on the hunt for a high-performing Executive Assistant (Virtual) who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take ownership. This role is 100% remote, full-time (no part-timers, please), and demands someone sharp, detail-obsessed, and who knows how to drive results behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with a driven executive, helping to steer multiple projects forward, from email and calendar management to supporting content initiatives like podcasts and books. Provide support on ongoing business and content projects, including podcast and book production
