yourtown is a trusted provider of services for young people with a focus on mental health and wellbeing long-term unemployment prevention of youth suicide child protection as well as support for those experiencing domestic and family violence.
yourtown powers services focussing on mental health and wellbeing long-term unemployment prevention of youth suicide; child protection; and family and domestic violence prevention and response. Without the support of yourtowns charitable Art Union ticket buyers many of our services would not exist.
We are currently seeking 7 casual Customer Experience Agents to join our friendly team at Milton. You will provide a high level of customer service to yourtowns supporters through inbound and outbound email & web chat. You will also be responsible for data entry of orders donations and supporting the mail processing centre to ensure efficient processing of all associated mailroom functions.
These are casual positions with a commencement date of Monday 9 March 2026 .
Our contact centre operates Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm so you must have good flexibility to work across this span of hours.
You will have a well-developed telephone manner strong written skills and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
You will have demonstrated experience in a high volume fast paced environment and must be computer literate.
You will have the ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently and previous experience in a contact centre is highly desirable.
