About the Opportunity
We’re looking for reliable, people-focused individuals to join our remote team. This role involves speaking with members who have already scheduled an appointment and need help understanding their available options.
If you enjoy helping people, working from home, and having a consistent daily routine, this position will be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
This is a customer-service–style role with steady workflow and clear tasks. Your responsibilities include:
Confirming and organizing scheduled appointments
Talking with members over phone or online meetings
Explaining information in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Helping members complete online forms and basic digital steps
Keeping notes organized and updating records
Providing a positive, professional experience during each call
