KPMG Law LLP is seeking an Administrative/Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a variety of legal and administrative tasks. Organize, maintain, and close files in accordance with firm policies
Draft, edit, proofread, and format documents, including correspondence and client packages
Track project milestones and deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items
Communicate professionally with clients and team members via email and phone
Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative or legal assistant or in a similar professional role
Previous experience in administrative or legal support (law firm experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional email and phone etiquette
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook), Adobe, and document management systems
The expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $66,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
