Are you a seasoned Pharmacy Assistant with a sharp eye for detail and rapid Kroll typing skills, seeking a significant role in a pharmacy environment that removes you from direct patient interaction? This is a unique chance to step into a position where your accuracy and concentration will be vital to a major pharmacy system migration. Our client is seeking to recruit another exceptional Pharmacy Assistant for a temporary assignment to assist with Kroll data entry.
For roughly one to two months (with a possibility of extension), you will be a key player in a high-priority initiative, guaranteeing that prescriptions are inputted into Kroll (and other systems with training provided) with precision.
The position involves full-time shifts (examples include 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM), including a weekend rotation that may encompass any of the mentioned day or afternoon shifts. Shifts will rotate according to business and scheduling demands (you will receive your roster ahead of time but must be prepared to work any of these shifts). This position is located entirely within the pharmacy office and provides stable hours with very little-to-no overtime.

Competitive pay: $23–$24 per hour (maximum)
Minimal overtime, paid according to the Employment Standards Act

Perform high-volume data entry of prescriptions into Kroll
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy manager and other leaders to accommodate weekly/daily scheduling needs

Strong data entry skills into Kroll software with proven attention to detail - required
Experience in pharmacy settings, particularly focused on data entry
Ability to work full-time hours on any of the following shifts: 8:00–4:00, 9:00–5:00, or 10:00–6:00, or 1pm - 9 pm Monday to Friday with availability on weekends on a rotating basis (with 2 days off back-to-back during the week if weekend is worked - weekends may be days or afternoon/evening shifts) - any shift may be required and schedule provided in advance
