Dental Assistant required for part time or full time

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly organized and dependable dental receptionist to join our dental practice. This role is the first point of contact for patient and is essential to creating a positive. Patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling Front Desk duties, scheduling appointments and supporting daily office operations in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software such as Tracker.
Answer and direct phone professionally using a phone system.
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately.
Collect payments and process billing transactions.
Maintain digital patient records.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Respond to patient questions regarding appointments and procedures.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist in Canada.
Knowledge of Tracker is a MUST.
Knowledge of terminology is beneficial.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy setting.
Strong organizational, Communication, and multitasking skills.

The Schedule:
Mondays - Thursdays (one evening shift others until 5 PM).
To Saturdays per month (8 AM to 3 PM).
