The Carriers Account Manager will drive the success of our logistics operations by building strong relationships with carriers, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and expanding our carrier network. This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, with communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service and support company growth.
Work effectively with your sales and operations colleagues in order to provide a seamless efficient experience to our customers.
Negotiate market-driven rates and ensure shipment on-time performance metrics are met.
Has to have knowledge of Risk Management Information System.
Develop carriers network.
Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred.

• Results driven work ethic, exemplified by prioritization and persistent continued attention to see projects through to successful completion.
• Strong computer skills.
• 1-2 years work experience in Transportation, or Logistics.
