Student Recruiter & Sales Marketing (Must be a fluent French Speaker)
WALES YOUNG INSTITUTE is seeking outgoing, independent, organized and detail-oriented Student recruiter and Sales Marketer for immediate hire. The main responsibilities of Student Recruiter and Sales Marketer is to provide recruiting and advising services to students in Canada and outside of Canada on behalf of the Institute. The Student Recruiter and Sales Marketer will work independently but under the direction of the Manager .

Meet the target sales through student recruiting and various marketing tasks

• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each courses being offered
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Prepares and delivers effective presentations to groups large and small, proficiently using multi-media materials and other collateral to support public presentations
• Applies in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex requirements and admissions policies, as well as knowledge of foreign credentials, international documentation and different countries' educational systems, in responding appropriately to inquiries
• Conducts a preliminary assessment of an applicants' English language proficiency on the basis of the applicants' background and advises applicants on all of the acceptable ways to demonstrate their English language proficiency for admission to Wales Young Institute
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
• Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
