Data Economics Manager
We're looking for a Data Economics Manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of analytics, game design, and business strategy - using your insights to optimize performance, guide decisions, and influence everything from feature rollout to player retention.
If you have a passion for games, an analytical mind that never stops asking questions, and the drive to make a real impact, then this might just be the role you've been preparing for.
Analyze in-game economies, player behavior, and key performance indicators to uncover opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve cost-efficiency, and optimize return.
Monitor product and campaign performance, recommending and initiating strategic changes based on data.
Execute hands-on configuration of internal systems to support player segmentation, campaigns, and feature deployments.
Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform product development and business direction.
A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or system strategy roles, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
- Excellent communicationyou make data approachable and decisions easier to make.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and optimizing performance.
- Bonus points if you genuinely love games and understand how player behavior and in-game systems connect.
