We house the largest inventory to better service our customers and deliver on sales commitments.
The Warehouse Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. They will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. The Warehouse Manager will be direct, possess excellent communication skills and follow up diligently with direct reports. The goal is to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

Maintains distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing programs, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping, receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Measure and provide feedback on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Maintain accuracy in inventory and outgoing shipments
Provide assistance as needed to internal customers to answer questions or solve problems
Ensure new and current employees are trained properly on all equipment
Maintains all records for the warehouse including: training, maintenance, pre-starts
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Maintains a clean and organized warehouse and assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse
Ensures warehouse is set up in an efficient manner to ensure optimal workflow and maintains inventory locations
2-5 years’ experience working in a warehouse

• 1 year of Wire & Cable Product knowledge is required
• Ability to map out a warehouse
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
• Proven warehouse supervisory experience
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
