Industrial estimator

Job Description
As an Estimator - ICI/Heavy industrial , your responsibilities will include:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for project needs.
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine project scope.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and project costs.
Provide support during project planning and execution phases.
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction techniques.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator - ICI/Heavy industrial should have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role with a general contractor.
Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Experience with estimating software and tools.
Knowledge of construction materials, costs, and processes.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
