MatchBox Consulting Group is recruiting a Proposal Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing construction organization in Vancouver.
Working closely with senior leadership, pre-construction, and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in winning exciting projects while helping shape proposal processes and best practices.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and develop compelling proposal content.
Review and refine submissions for accuracy, quality, compliance, and overall presentation.
Maintain proposal content libraries, CRM data, and pursuit tracking tools.
Mentor and support proposal team members while helping improve processes and standards.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and CRM platforms.
