Reporting To: Co-Chief Executive Officer Travel: 15% to 25% About The Role As Chief of Staff, you will serve as an accelerator ensuring the entire organization is focused on delivering measurable value for our customers. You will own cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic objectives, serve as lead on critical projects, and ensure that the rhythm of the business is tightly aligned to top priorities. You will provide analytical support, operational insight, and cultural leadership to help the executive team make better decisions faster.This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a bias for action. You will collaborate across departments, identify and solve organizational bottlenecks, and help turn strategy into action.Each quarter, you will take ownership of one critical initiative ranging from improving customer onboarding to strengthening our global delivery processes so that our customers experience clarity, consistency, and excellence at every step.For candidates, this is a unique opportunity to help fly the plane along executive leadership, gain cross-functional exposure, and directly influence the company’s trajectory.
