Patient-engaged Research Dr. Brett Thombs of McGill University and the Scleroderma Patient-Centred Intervention
Network (SPIN; are seeking a full-time in-person or remote
Research Assistant with our team at the Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research of

The tasks of the Research Assistant include
~ Support diverse SPIN projects, including randomized controlled trials on research

Assist in developing manuscripts focused on research dissemination, mental

Collaborate with patient partners to ensure research activities and materials

Support dissemination activities, including newsletters, social media content, and

other outreach efforts
~ Maintain and update website content including adding new pages, editing

existing content, and ensuring accuracy of information
Connect with research participants through phone outreach
Monitor and document participant progress using an online tracking system

Degree in epidemiology, public health, health sciences, psychology or related

field with strong academic record
Able to work in English and French would be ideal
