Account Manager: Virtual/remote within sales region. The Mosaic Company is looking for our next Account Manager for the Eastern Canada sales region. We are looking for an Account Manager skillful at building relationships who enjoys collaboration within a high-performance sales team. You will thrive in this role if you are fueled by working in a fast-paced environment, with experience handling a large book of business within the agriculture, fertilizer and/or mining industry. Develop and implement Account Management plans for Strategic Accounts.
Formulate, execute and report sales budgets and forecasts.
Develop, execute and report on the sales plan and position risk with commercial leadership.
Conduct competitive intelligence analysis, identify new market, market expansion opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.
Develop by segment the customer communication and satisfaction programs.
Customer interface and sales revenue responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, economics, marketing, or related field.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in of B2B sales and/or account management.
Solid business insight and knowledge in production agriculture, commodity markets with the ability to link talent and development initiatives to business strategy.
Extensive experience in Marketing, Sales and Account Management
Exceptional customer relationship skills.
Experience with value-based selling, business development and skilled negotiation.
Proven strategic sales planning capabilities and execution of commercial go to market.
Ability to effectively work, build relationships and communicate persuasively with customers and employees at all levels within the organization.
Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication (verbal and written) skills, and ability to prepare high quality email communications, briefings and other presentations.
Ability to recognize patterns and themes in business, data, content and customer needs and recommend improvements that will drive program design and delivery.
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams.
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
Bonus Points if You Have the Following:
~ Familiarity with salesforce.com, IBP forecasting tool or other CRM and digital marketing, analytics and bilingual in English and French.
