Are you passionate about customer service and problem-solving? As a licensed Insurance Broker, you’ll play a critical role in helping members navigate their automobile and property policies with confidence. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Broker Service, you'll provide expert guidance, assess risk, and ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.

Engage & Assist: Answer coverage inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our members receive personalized, professional service every step of the way.

Be the Reason Members Stay & Grow: Build trust and connections by providing valuable insights into our insurance products and services, helping members make informed coverage decisions while identifying opportunities for growth.

Leverage Your Broker Expertise: Apply underwriting standards, assess risk, and ensure policies align with binding requirements - all while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Process rewrites, maintain accurate records, and ensure all insurance transactions are efficiently documented and up to date.

Candidates who are not yet RIBO licensed will be enrolled in the RIBO training course and will be required to obtain their license within the first three months of employment.

The completion of or the commitment to complete the following three insurance courses or three equivalent insurance courses: CIP Principles and Practice, Property 1, and Automobile.

Experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is an asset.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

This position offers a competitive salary within a range of $52,454.00 to $72,096.48 , along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.
