Looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales and client experience to join our expanding team of highly skilled advisors in one of Ottawa’s largest growing insurance agencies…. Selling and Servicing Car Insurance, Home and property products, Business Insurance and a whole suite of Financial Services
Memorable, Different and Unexpected in the way you serve clients in even the smallest transaction.
~ We have awesom systems, processes and training… so just be open to learning and being coached. MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGE…. French is definitely an asset if you have it but does not disqualify you if you don’t.
An above average earning potential as a base salary with pre-determined salary bumps along the way (You don’t need to request a raise… You’ll know when it’s coming) Incentive program also includes both monthly base commission and a monthly bonus package that is second to none in this area!!! Annual bonus program and team incentives such as a travel reward is also Basically you can expect to make between $45,000 and $60,000 in your first year as you are learning and you apply your sales skills. All training, development costs and licensing is paid by me. Once you hit a Level 2 Advisor Role, in the agency, you may qualify for a Four Day Work Week. Full Health Benefits including medical and dental as soon as you pass your first license. DAMN GOOD COFFEE!!! Our Client lounge looks like a Starbucks where we have a Specialty Coffee of the Month program. Position is Full Time… On Site… And IN OFFICE.. Which means, NO you cannot work from home..
