Manage inbound sales leads through phone consultations.
Sell our immigration services, including PR card renewals, spousal sponsorships, and parent/grandparent super visas.
Consistently close 2 sales per day, with the opportunity to surpass these expectations. One sale in the morning, one in the evening.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up on potential leads.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing sales with integrity and professionalism.
Realistic earnings between $50,000 to $81,000 annually (10% commission on all sales).
Bonus Structure : Additional commission and performance bonuses for top performers.

Sales Support : Realistic Performance Expectations :
Average daily performance is 2 sales/day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
High performers are selling up to 4 sales/day.
Product Range : Packages start at $500 and go up to $2,000, with the average sale being $700.
Strong phone communication skills and a passion for sales.
No previous experience is required, but a proven track record in sales, particularly in a phone-based or remote sales environment is appreciated .
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Familiarity with immigration services is a plus but not required - we provide comprehensive training.
3-Month Performance-Based Probation: During your first 3 months, your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet sales targets. This probation period is entirely performance-based and offers a clear path to success and advancement.
