Director, Strategic Initiatives

In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Strategy & Transformation and executive leadership to identify and execute value creation initiatives – from driving top-line sales growth to enhancing cost efficiency and operational optimization. Additionally, the Director of Strategic Initiatives serves as a strategic integrator and leader for Livingston’s three business units, ensuring operational alignment, disciplined execution, and financial rigor across the portfolio. Partnering with the business unit SVPs, this role provides the connective tissue between strategy and execution, translating vision into actionable plans, driving progress across multiple projects, and ensuring financial, operational, and people metrics remain on track.
Drive cross-functional execution and enterprise transformation, including AI enablement and process improvement.
Financial & Performance Management
Partner with FP&A to deliver performance insights, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
Identify cost efficiencies and G&A optimization while monitoring initiative performance.
Project Governance, Structure & Change Leadership
Serve as escalation point for risks and barriers.
Prepare executive and board-level materials.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to craft actionable growth strategies.
Expertise in data analysis to uncover growth opportunities, measure performance, and refine strategies.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments, capable of managing multiple projects across different industries.

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
MBA preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution
