Un*e Gestionnaire de Planning H/F

The Manager, Productivity & Strategic Assessment supports enterprise‑level planning, operational efficiency, and strategic evaluation across digital initiatives. The role focuses on identifying productivity opportunities, assessing project and program performance, and enabling leaders to make data‑driven decisions that accelerate digital transformation.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity across digital workflows and teams
Analyze operational processes to recommend improvements, resource optimizations, and bottleneck removal
Strategic Assessment of Digital Initiatives
Support reviews of major digital initiatives, evaluating business cases, expected value, readiness, and alignment to enterprise priorities
Work with cross‑functional stakeholders (Digital, Product, Engineering, Finance) to ensure initiatives have clear success measures and defined outcomes
Performance Reporting & Insights
Prepare and distribute performance updates and strategic summaries to leaders
Partner closely with directors, senior managers, and value stream leads to gather inputs and validate assumptions for planning cycles
Consolidate insights and prepare materials for strategic decision‑making forums.
Ensure alignment with governance expectations, reporting standards, and planning cadences across Digital Channel Growth & Performance.

Experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, or business performance roles.
